Northeast Ice Skating Club members receive priority booking at our regularly scheduled freestyle sessions and classes. We currently operate out of two facilities - Lawrence Valley Forum in Lawrence, MA and our new double rink facility the Haverhill Valley Forum in Haverhill, MA.

**If you are not a regular skater at Northeast Ice Skating Club and are looking to walk-on to a freestyle session, please call or email the club to double check the ice schedule in case of changes.**

Class Descriptions:

• Strength & Conditioning - 40 min. off-ice training class with licensed physical therapist, Kathy McPherson. Class will focus on learning the proper form and execution of stretching, strengthening & cardio exercises. See separate sign up sheet for more information & required pre-evaluation session.
